HMO Inspections
The Landlord and Tenant Act (1985) and the House in Multiple Occupation Regulations (2006 onwards) require that Landlords ensure that any electrical installations within the house are safe and remain in such a condition from the beginning and throughout the tenancy.
In order to maintain this level of electrical safety a landlord is expected to have a Periodic inspection and test carried out on the property. This Periodic is an industry standard to BS7671 and is very comprehensive and detailed.
Our Engineers are highly experienced and certified to beyond the minimum recommended standard of the City & Guilds 2380, 16th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations and 2391 Inspection, Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations.
